Expensive consumer goods, things that are expressly marked in the item descriptions as “Normally shipped in 1-3 business days,” and drop shipped items are exempt from this rule. Orders that our sales department is unable to verify, billing information that differs from what is supplied on the billing page, and various shipping and billing addresses are some examples of payment issues. Orders placed on weekends, holidays, or after hours are typically processed and dispatched the following business day. Orders for next-day, second-day, and third-day shipping must be placed by 2 PM CST; if not, an additional day will be added for order processing. Orders placed on Friday after 2:00 PM CST for Next Day, Second Day, and Third Day shipping will be regarded as orders placed on Monday of the following week.
